Personalized
Every girl’s journey is different—and so is our approach. Our initial sessions focus on understanding each participant’s personal story, strengths, and needs. From there, we create a custom coaching plan that honors her individuality, uplifts her goals, and aligns with her mental, physical, and spiritual growth.
Targeted
We recognize that every girl has unique challenges—whether emotional, academic, social, or physical. Our targeted coaching helps identify specific areas for development, offering tools and strategies to break through barriers, strengthen confidence, and support healing and progress from the inside out. While some may benefit from every aspect of this program, others may only need to participate in one or two.
Integrative
True transformation reaches beyond just one aspect of life. Our coaching integrates movement, mentorship, creativity, and community. Whether through sports, group sessions, or one-on-one talks, we incorporate tools like journaling, mindfulness, and cultural expression to nurture the whole girl.
Tutoring (Educational Coaching)
We believe academic confidence is just as important as emotional support. Our tutoring sessions combine subject-based instruction with coaching techniques to boost learning and motivation. From homework help to test preparation, our educational coaches provide compassionate and culturally aware guidance that meets each student where she is—helping her unlock her full potential both in and outside the classroom.
1:1 COACHING
Our 1-on-1 coaching offers personalized guidance tailored to each girl’s goals, challenges, and strengths. Whether she's navigating self-esteem struggles, life transitions, or academic stress, these sessions provide a safe space to talk, reflect, and grow. With focused mentorship and individual attention, participants build resilience, set meaningful goals, and receive the encouragement they need to thrive.
Physical Agility Coaching
Our Physical Agility Coaching program is designed to help youth develop strength, speed, balance, and coordination in a supportive environment. Whether preparing for athletic tryouts, increasing overall fitness, or simply building confidence through movement, participants engage in dynamic drills and activities that focus on body awareness, endurance, and flexibility. We prioritize encouragement over competition, helping every girl feel strong in her own body.
Group Therapy Sessions
Our group therapy-style sessions offer a powerful space for girls to share, heal, and connect. Led by trained facilitators, these sessions focus on emotional wellness, coping strategies, self-expression, and peer support. By creating an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect, girls learn they are not alone—and that vulnerability is a strength, not a weakness.
Group Community Sports Teams
Oya Group’s Community Sports Teams bring girls together through teamwork, discipline, and fun. With a focus on inclusion and empowerment, our teams provide a safe space to learn the game, build friendships, and grow leadership skills—on and off the court or field. We coach with compassion and celebrate progress over perfection, giving every player the chance to shine.
